Salmon are some of the largest and most eagerly sought gamefish found in Lake Champlain. Images of silvery leaping fish and singing reels quickly yielding line often come to mind when anglers recall, or anticipate, encounters with these fish. May is a good month and the best would be
last week in Oct. thru Nov. We use small spoons, fly's on long lines and downriggers.

Sizes are 3-5lbs. The best so far has been a 8lbs. We have had bigger fish on but didn't get them to the boat.
Landlock salmon fishing is a great activity for the entire family. Salmon fishing charters are available from early April until the end of November. We will be leaving out of the Burlington Harbor in downtown Burlington, VT.

We can accommodate anglers very comfortably, and we also have an enclosed toilet onboard for your convenience.

Accommodations: If you need accommodations while visiting the Lake Champlain area, we can make all reservations for your party at local Vermont hotels with easy access to Burlington Harbor. That's where we are located.
What You'll Need for Salmon fishing:
  • Vermont Fishing License (which, if needed, we can handle) 
  • Appropriate Clothing (warm jacket, gloves, rain gear) 
  • Food and Drink. You are invited to bring any snacks or meals with you, and you can store your food in an icebox on board 
  • If you plan to keep your catch, bring along a cooler with ice in it to keep it fresh on your trip home. We have ice on board to keep it fresh until we dock.
